GoTrax

Locate your mobile employees in real-time with GoTrax

GoTrax^TM, available exclusively from Bell, is a web-based application that uses Assisted GPS (AGPS) technology to locate your mobile workers using a single, interactive map on your desktop or laptop. Simple to use, GoTrax can be added as a feature to your account and doesn't require an expensive software installation or hardware purchase, and, it works with any mobile phone or PDA from Bell.

With GoTrax from Bell, you can:

Respond faster to client service calls or emergencies
Make more efficient use of field force resources
Offer added security for mobile employees

Since you are able see the location of every worker on a map, you can dispatch the nearest and best equipped field worker to respond to a customer call. Zoom in, zoom out, customize the map with landmarks and set fencing parameters that send alerts as employees move in or out of pre-designated areas.

GPS Nav

GPS Nav from Bell is a turn-by-turn navigation system that operates with your Bell wireless device. Input an address via the keypad, or speak an address aloud, and the service delivers straightforward audio-visual driving directions, all on the Bell high speed mobile network. Whether you prefer to view the detailed 2D and 3D moving maps, or listen to the directions from the friendly automated voice, GPS Nav is sure to improve your driving experience. Its real-time directions are typically accurate to less than 50 meters.
