Can a customer with ADP file a claim in the first 30 days?
Customers cannot make a claim under the ADP program until 30 days after the original date of purchase.
Does a customer need to buy ADP coverage on the spot or do they have 30 days to decide?
For Tablet and Phone ADP contracts, coverage programs MUST be purchased at the point of tablet sale; ADH coverage programs may NOT be purchased on the device after their date of purchase.
How many repairs or replacements can a customer make if they purchase ADP coverage for Tablet and Mobile Phones?
There are no limits to the number of repairs during the contract term. However, if it is determined that it is more economical to replace the device or the total aggregate repairs exceed the original purchase price of the device, the contract will be considered fulfilled. If a customer wishes to continue coverage on their replacement device, they will need to purchase another Performance Protection Plan.
