Please Note:

If required, a loaner phone will be shipped to you. Please ship your phone promptly to WPCI. Place the defective phone and a copy of the repair form in the envelope and send it via your local courier. It is important that once you receive your loaner phone, you send in your defective phone phone for repair within ten business days.

It is also important that loaner phones be returned to WPCI within ten business days of receipt of your repaired phone. Failure to do so will result in a $199 administrative fee being charged to you. Prior to sending your repaired phone, you will be asked to provide a personal credit card number that will be charged, should you not return the phone within ten business days.
